Description

A Pragmatic Organised Dynamic Display (PODDTM) book is a type of multi-level communication book. It is an organised language system with navigation pathways based on the purpose of your message (for example there is a pathway for asking a question, telling a story, directing a person, or saying something is wrong). These books are often used to support language development, although the books are becoming increasingly used by adults as well. There are many different types of PODD™ communication books. Select your book by considering your physical, sensory and communication needs, and speaking with your speech-language pathologist. Click here to see a video of a PODD Book being used.

  • For all books, we will use the standard PODD™ communication book size as per templates

Instructions:

  • For all books, we will use the standard uncustomised version of the instructions template for the for the book.

Timelines
Shop items may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Variances may occur, and timelines will be confirmed in consultation with the customer.

Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property which is created pursuant to Your Support Package will be the property of Scope. Scope grants the customer or their representative a non-exclusive license to use the intellectual property where necessary, solely to use the communication aids. This Agreement does not affect the ownership of any intellectual property rights in the material, works, items or systems provided by either party for the provision of the Services or any intellectual property created independently from the provision of the Services (“Existing Intellectual Property”). To the extent that any Existing Intellectual Property is incorporated into any materials, you grant Scope a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty free licence to use, reproduce and adapt your Existing Intellectual Property to the extent necessary to provide your Products and Services.
